Cambridge Academy, located in one of Greenwood’s historic Mill Villages, is a college preparatory school for students from 18 months through 12th grade. Our school has a proud history of serving this community, providing a traditional education experience, and creating a family environment for our students, faculty, parents and alumni.

Learning is not attained by chance, it must
be sought for with ardor and diligence.

Cambridge Academy consists of four divisions: Early Childhood Learning (18 months through K4), Lower School (K5 through 5th grade), Middles School (6th grade through 8th grade), and Upper School (9th Grade through 12 grade). Under the supervision of Dr. Griggs, each Division is guided by a Cambridge Teacher with expertise in that particular area of academic achievement and many years of experience at Cambridge Academy.

Cambridge Academy is fully accredited by the South Carolina Independent School Association (SCISA) and COGNIA.
