Cambridge Academy admits students without regard to race, religion, sex, national, or ethnic origin.

Enrollment Fee: The enrollment fee for students is $500. The enrollment fee for students in half day K3 & K4 is $400. This fee is non-refundable and is due with the student’s enrollment contract. (Sole exception: The fee will be refunded only if the student is placed on the waiting list for a grade and the school does not have a place for the student by the opening day of school). Enrollment is open to the public each year on March 1. After this date contracts for all qualifying students will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

Payment Options: Tuition payments may be paid annually, quarterly or monthly installments. Annual tuition is due July 1. Quarterly tuition is due in four (4) equal installments on July 1, October 1, January 1 and April 1. Monthly tuition is payable in twelve (12) equal installments spread over the school year (July – June). Checks will not accepted for monthly payments. If you are financially responsible and choose the monthly payment plan, you are required to enroll with the FACTS Management Company and allow FACTS to make automatic withdrawals from your designated bank account on a monthly basis. We have contracted with the FACTS Company and they will be automatically drafting the monthly tuition payments on the 5th of each month beginning July 5 (ending June 5). Every student’s tuition is due July 1. If a student’s account is past due after the 10th of July, the school will consider the student withdrawn from enrollment and the student’s name will be removed from the class roster. The student will be reinstated in a class only if a) space is available, b) an additional enrollment deposit is paid, and c) all tuition due is paid.

Past Due Account Policy and Conditions of Enrollment: It is the policy of the academy that no student will receive grades, nor transcripts be released, unless the student’s account has been in full. If, for any reason, tuition payments fall ten calendar days in arrears, the family will be contacted and asked to make immediate arrangements for payment. If tuition payment falls thirty days in arrears, the student will not be permitted to attend school nor take part in school activities until the account is brought up to date. Students who are absent from school for more than fifteen days for overdue tuition payments will be asked to withdraw from the academy. The school shall have the right to take legal action for collection of school tuition costs. Parents agree, by signing the enrollment contract, to pay all costs of collection, any court expenses and reasonable attorney fees.

Financial Aid (Grades K5 & above): There is a limited amount of Financial Aid available for qualifying students in grades K5 – 8. To be eligible a student’s parents must indicate on their enrollment contract that Financial Aid is desired. The financially responsible parent will be contacted by the Business Office to set up an appointment to review the process.
